Enchanting stay at Ottoman Gem

helpful staff amazing service room upgrade good spa

The helpful staff was so kind. Saif and Nadeem's assistance was amazing. They appreciated help. Reception gave me a sublime room upgrade, and it came with a Bosphorus view. The spa was very good indeed.

Sadly, maintenance issues existed in the hotel.

The excellent hotel location allowed easy access to the tram stations, offering efficient transportation throughout the area. The hotel is very near a ferry point and only minutes from the Bosphorus, very convenient for exploring.

The variety of facilities pleased me. The breakfast featured many choices. A hammam and massage services are available and provided relaxation, allowing guests to unwind after a day of sightseeing in the vibrant city.

The location offered proximity to attractions. It was approximately 12 minutes to the Mosque. The same distance applied to the Grand Bazaar. I found this convenience quite useful for exploring the area. The room included a wide space. The staff was helpful. Nadeem, Taner, Salma and Saif assisted with my needs.

I noticed that the carpets were old. The air conditioning system was not available . The hotel operated with heating only. I believe improvements in these areas could enhance the guest experience.

Nadeem provided excellent advice. He was consistently friendly. The general service from the staff was very helpful. Waiters and massage staff were very good their duties to assist guests.

large bed great air conditioning summer heat

The room was a Beautiful Room City view King or Twin. This room had a very large bed, I slept so good. The air conditioning worked great it kept me very cool in the summer heat.

The elevator made an odd noise when stopping at floors.
